The approach to the hex sockets is easier than the conventional product as a half ball is used.· Half ball finish allows achievement of easy insertion and the same level of torque transferability.· The screw can be turned from a maximum slope degree of 32°.· It utilizes high-quality special alloy chrome vanadium steel (SNCM20V).· In order to ensure homogeneous and highly accurate tempering (heat treatment) hardness (HRC 60° ±1°), a continuous furnace was intentionally not used, while a sealed-quench furnace / non-oxidizing, decarburizing correction quenching method has been adopted.· The surface processing of special chrome plating exerts excellent wear resistance and prevents rust over a long period of time.· Final tightening can be performed with a ballpoint wrench by using the pipe handle.· Partial painting is done so that the size can be distinguished at a glance based on color.
